Terry L. Ford has been the senior pastor at First Christian Church since August, 1995. Prior to that, he was senior minister at Arcola Christian Church in Arcola, Illinois. After graduation from Lexington Theological Seminary in 1982, he served Paint Lick Christian Church in Paint Lick, Kentucky, and then was associate minister at Prairie Avenue Christian Church in Decatur, Illinois for three years.

He also is a graduate of Ohio State University, and served as a chaplain's assistant in the U.S. Army.

Terry is married to Darlene Buckmaster, and the Fords have two children, Drew, 21, and Melissa, 18.

In addition to his service with First Christian Church in Lemoyne, Pastor Ford has served on a number of committees in both the Pennsylvania and Illinois regions of the Disciples of Christ, including the Pennsylvania regional assembly planning committee. He is a member of the Commission on Outdoor and Youth Ministries, the Regional Youth Council, and the Christian Youth Fellowship Conference at Nordmont.

Linda Leiser and Gene Edwards were licensed as pastors in the Pennsylvania Region in July, 2003 after having been in the care of the First Christian congregation since last December. Linda is a former chair of the the Lemoyne congregation, and Gene is moderator of First Christian Church in Baltimore.

Their ministry includes serving in the Lemoyne church as well as beyond. Gene is on "loan" to the Penn Cental Conference, United Church of Christ, and serves as designated pastor of Trinity (Rothıs) UCC congregation in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania.
